Role Description The Lecture role at Caleedo is a full time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The individual in this role will design, prepare, and deliver lectures, workshops, and training sessions focused on workplace technology, digital applications, and ESG-related topics relevant to Caleedo’s platform.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing structured learning materials, case studies, and presentations; translating complex product features and data insights into accessible educational content; and engaging participants through interactive sessions. The Lecture will collaborate with product,



customer success, and marketing teams to align educational content with business objectives and customer needs. The role also involves assessing learning outcomes, gathering feedback to improve program effectiveness, and staying updated on industry trends, workplace compliance standards, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

- Strong instructional design and teaching skills, with experience creating lectures, workshops, and training materials.
- Ability to simplify complex technical and data-driven concepts related to SaaS platforms, workplace technology, and ESG/sustainability.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, including comfort speaking to diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, customer success, marketing) to align educational content with organizational goals.
- Background in education, workplace technology, environmental science, business, or a related field; a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred.
- Strong analytical and research skills to develop evidence-based content and incorporate industry trends and best practices into lectures.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage schedules and multiple programs, and adapt teaching approaches to varied audiences.
- Prior experience in corporate training, academic lecturing, or professional development programs is an advantage.
