SkillsNCR is looking for a Learning & Capability Lead who can help shape how students learn, practise, communicate, present and demonstrate real capability.
This is not a conventional teaching role.
You will work across learning design, student engagement, communication, assessments, workshops, parent interactions and programme improvement across both SkillsNCR and WorkReady.
We are open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to 5 years of experience. For freshers, practical ability matters more than prior job titles.
What You Will Work On
- Conduct student sessions in communication, presentation, public speaking and workplace-readiness.
- Facilitate discussions, activities, projects and student presentations.
- Help design learning activities, diagnostics, assessments and evaluation rubrics.
- Observe students and identify capability gaps.
- Give structured feedback and track learner progress.
- Help improve programme content and learning journeys.
- Speak with parents about learner progress and improvement areas.
- Conduct orientation sessions, workshops and student activities.
- Support WorkReady assessments around communication, problem-solving, presentation, professional behaviour and job-readiness.
- Help define what “capability” should mean across SkillsNCR programmes.
- Support trainer onboarding, session quality and delivery standards as the team grows.
Why This Role MattersSkillsNCR does not want to measure learning only through attendance, syllabus completion or certificates.
We want to answer a more important question:
What can the learner actually do after learning with us?
This role will help shape how SkillsNCR measures progress, how students improve, how parents understand outcomes and how WorkReady demonstrates genuine job-readiness.
You will have the opportunity to influence the learning system while it is still being built.
Who We Are Looking ForYou should:
- Have completed graduation.
- Have 0–5 years of professional experience.
- Communicate confidently in English and Hindi.
- Be comfortable speaking in front of students and groups.
- Be able to explain concepts clearly.
- Enjoy working with students and helping them improve.
- Be comfortable giving constructive feedback.
- Be organised, dependable and willing to take ownership.
- Be curious about learning, behaviour and capability development.
- Be comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving startup environment.
Freshers Are WelcomeFresh graduates are encouraged to apply if they can demonstrate ability.

- Teaching or mentoring someone.
- Running a workshop or college activity.
- Public speaking or event hosting.
- Creating educational content.
- Leading a club or student community.
- Conducting presentations or training.
- Building a project independently.
We care more about what you can demonstrate than how many years of experience you have. This Role Is NotThis is not a traditional school-teacher or academic coordinator position.
We are looking for someone who can both think about how learning should work and personally facilitate learning with students.
Selection ProcessShortlisted candidates may be asked to complete practical exercises such as:
- Teach a concept for 10 minutes.
- Conduct a short student activity.
- Give feedback on a presentation.
- Explain student progress to a parent.
- Design a simple learning assessment.
- Facilitate a group discussion.
