Role Description The Admission Counsellor / Sr Admission Counsellor is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The role involves engaging with prospective learners via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their aspirations and guide them toward suitable Hero Vired programs.

Responsibilities include explaining program features and career outcomes, addressing queries, and providing accurate information to support enrollment decisions. The counsellor will manage leads, follow up systematically, and work toward admissions targets while maintaining high standards of customer service. The role also includes maintaining CRM records, collaborating with academic and marketing teams,



and providing feedback to improve outreach and learner experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills for engaging with diverse prospective learners.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle queries, provide support, and ensure a positive admission experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert leads, meet admissions targets, and promote suitable programs ethically.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of the Education sector or academic programs to guide learners effectively.
- Relevant skills such as proficiency with CRM tools, basic data handling, and familiarity with online education platforms are beneficial.
- Prior experience in admissions, counselling, education sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline and the ability to communicate clearly in English and Hindi are advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills, goal orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment are key.
