About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented Lead Talent Acquisition to manage and drive end-to-end recruitment for BPO/ITES hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in high-volume hiring, team handling, client coordination, and achieving recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO/ITES requirements, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
- Handle bulk and volume hiring for domestic and international voice, chat, blended, customer service, sales, back-office, and other BPO processes.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of recruiters to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
- Allocate requirements among recruiters and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies through Naukri, Apna, Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, references, and other recruitment channels.




- Track recruiter productivity, interview ratios, selection ratios, joining ratios, and overall team performance.
- Coordinate with clients/operations teams to understand manpower requirements, eligibility criteria, interview processes, and hiring priorities.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2-6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in BPO/ITES or a recruitment consultancy.
- Prior experience in team handling and high-volume/BPO hiring is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of BPO profiles such as Customer Support, International Voice, Domestic Voice, Chat, Blended, Sales, Back Office, and related processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and people-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver hiring targets within defined timelines.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with a target-oriented approach.
