Purpose/Objective

The Lead - Security will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of the Thermal Power Project in Raigarh-cg.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Thermal Power Project industry.

They will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and strategies to safeguard the project site, personnel, and assets.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety of the Thermal Power Project - Conduct regular security risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement - Manage security operations including access control, surveillance, and emergency response - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address security concerns and mitigate risks - Train and educate staff on security protocols and emergency procedures - Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports - Maintain relationships with local law enforcement and regulatory agencies - Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in security technology - Ensure compliance with all security regulations and requirements





Technical Competencies

Qualifications and Experience

Education Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field Certification Required:

- Certified Protection Skilled (CPP) or equivalent certification is preferred - First Aid/CPR certification Behavioral Skills:

- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations - High level of integrity and ethical conduct Technical Skills:
