About the Client & Context

Our client is a leading global financial institution providing advisory, investment banking, financing, corporate banking, and capital markets services worldwide. As part of a major international banking group, they are currently expanding their Global Financing Chain (GFC) initiative to optimize and enhance their end-to-end credit processes. We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join this team. In this role, you will design, configure, and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, translate business requirements into technical architectures, mentor junior developers, and manage release deployments.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into high-quality technical designs.

- Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications by resolving complex technical issues and bugs.
- Build and maintain seamless integration solutions between Salesforce and external banking systems.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship,



and code reviews for junior developers.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to manage release deployments, ensuring proper testing and documentation.
- Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates, recommending process improvements and best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience: 6 to 10 years of overall IT experience with a strong background in Salesforce development.
- Core Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Integrations: Solid experience building and managing API integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth).
- Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Salesforce Application Builder.
- Tools & Methodologies: Proficiency with Agile/Scrum practices and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Soft Skills: Solid problem-solving ability, excellent communication, and the capacity to work independently or collaboratively within a global team framework.
