Role Description

: Calypso Specialist Job Purpose:

- Need to work as a Senior Technology Consultant in the capacity of Capital Market – Calypso Implementation Specialist in Capital Market core modernisation and migration projects.
- Should exhibit deep experience in financial services during the client discussions and be able to convince the client on the solution.

Technical

Experience

- Strong implementation experience in Calypso, particularly Version 14+ (preferred), across: o System configuration in trading, static data, settlement, and middle office modules. o Workflow design and exception handling. o Integration with upstream and downstream systems.
- Hands on experience with: o Trade processing engines o Static and reference data frameworks o Interfaces, messaging standards (ISO15022/20022, FIX), and APIs
- Experience working in Agile environments and contributing to functional & technical design workshops.

- 4 to 8 years of hands on experience in Capital Markets with strong exposure to Front to Back trade lifecycle.
- Solid understanding of: o Securities trading, settlements, confirmations, reconciliation, and clearing. o Middle office processes including trade validation, enrichment, allocation, and reporting. o Regulatory reporting and compliance across capital markets.
- Demonstrates experience interacting with business stakeholders, product controllers, operations, and risk teams.
- Prior exposure to transformation, modernization, or migration programs in Capital Markets. 2.

- Understanding of: o Trade lifecycle from booking to settlement o Risk factors, pricing inputs, and PnL drivers o Collateral management fundamentals o Treasury and liquidity processes
- Experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis (OOTB vs. custom), and functional documentation.
- Exposure to Agile delivery models (Scrum/Kanban). b.

- MBA / MCA / BE / BTech or equivalent degree.
- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in Capital Markets, preferably within banking, investment banking, or financial technology domains.
