Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer with strong ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) expertise to lead quality assurance initiatives across ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in ServiceNow testing, automation frameworks, SaaS platform testing, integration testing, and team coordination, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and ITSM processes.

Must-Have Skills

ServiceNow Testing &

- Platform Knowledge

- Minimum 5 years of experience testing ServiceNow applications.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes.
- Experience testing Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset Management workflows.
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow integrations and end-to-end process validation.
- Experience in ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) - Mandatory.

QA &
- Testing Expertise

- Test Plan preparation and execution.
- Test Scenario and Test Case creation, review, execution, and reporting.
- Defect management and defect lifecycle tracking.
- Regression Testing.
- Functional Testing.
- Smoke Testing.
- Integration Testing.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and user stories.
- Create and execute comprehensive test strategies.
- Perform smoke, functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Maintain and enhance ATF and Selenium automation suites.
- Execute testing for ServiceNow upgrades and releases.
- Validate ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and platform enhancements.
- Track, report, and manage defects based on severity and priority.
- Collaborate with development, business, and product teams.
- Lead QA activities across multiple workstreams.
- Provide effort estimation and support release planning.

Educational Qualifications

Mandatory

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Electronics &
- Communication Engineering
- Related Engineering Discipline

Preferred Certifications

- ServiceNow Certified Professional
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
