Position Title: Zonal trainer (West Zone)

Location: Mumbai / Bhiwandi, Maharashtra

Work Schedule: Rotational Shifts (Includes Day/Night shifts as per operational needs)

Job SummaryWe are seeking an energetic Training Specialist to lead end-to-end (E2E) training operations across our designated warehouse facility in the Bhiwandi cluster. You will be responsible for building operational capability, driving process compliance, and managing large-scale frontline learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- E2E Training Execution: Oversee and manage full-cycle training operations for all warehouse associates and staff within designated Bhiwandi facilities.
- Core Learning Modules: Plan and deliver structured programs, including:
- Induction & Onboarding: New joiner orientation and floor alignment.
- New Process Training: Standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new workflow launches.
- Refresher Modules: Regular skill alignment for existing staff.
- Capability Building: Leadership and technical skill development programs for floor supervisors.
- LMS & Data Management: Maintain 100% accurate training records, track completion rates, and manage compliance on the Learning Management System (LMS).




- Quality & Compliance Adherence: Ensure 100% adherence to Compliance Quality (CQ) standards, audit requirements, and operational safety metrics.
- Floor Engagement & Operational Alignment: Work closely with warehouse floor leadership across rotational shifts to identify skills gaps and deliver on-the-floor training interventions.

Requirements & Qualifications

- 2 years of experience in L&D; or operational training, preferably within Warehousing, Logistics, E-commerce, or Supply Chain.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse SOPs, inbound/outbound fulfillment, safety protocols, and quality audits.
- Hands-on experience operating Learning Management Systems (LMS) and managing data on Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and group facilitation skills in Hindi and English.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts based on site requirements.
