Role Description The Laboratory Assistant role at Chemi Kleen (India) Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Bahadurgarh.

The Laboratory

Assistant will support daily lab operations, including preparing samples, performing routine tests, and assisting in product quality checks.

Responsibilities include handling and maintaining laboratory equipment, recording and organizing test data, and ensuring that lab procedures follow company standards and safety protocols.



The role also involves collaborating with quality and production teams to identify issues, support product improvement and development, and maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked laboratory environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) is mandatory
- Strong laboratory skills, including basic lab techniques and safe handling of materials
- Experience working with laboratory equipment and ability to perform routine maintenance checks
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and support for product testing and validation
- Solid analytical skills to interpret test results and identify deviations or trends
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with laboratory, quality, and production teams
- Attention to detail, adherence to safety and hygiene standards, and accurate record-keeping
- Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing laboratory environment is an advantage
