Our team provides Level 3 support for the platform, taking ownership of escalated system defects, integration failures, and vendor issues that Level 1 and Level 2 can't resolve alone.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own confirmed system defects escalated from Level 2, within agreed response targets.
- Reproduce and investigate issues in nonproduction environments.
- Perform root-cause analysis and classify as application, integration, data, workplace, or product defect.
- Resolve application-level defects across ERP modules: validation gaps, calculation errors, UI/UX bugs.




- Issue interim workarounds, raise product defects, and agree fixes with target releases.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years supporting or developing enterprise applications such as SIS, ERP, or similar systems of
- record.
- SQL proficiency and the ability to read application logs to isolate root cause.
- Comfort with the full defect lifecycle (reproduction, classification, workarounds, engineering coordination) and strong written communication for relaying root cause to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, or Payroll is a plus; QA/testing background a strong preference.
