1. Classroom Teaching

- Teach basics of:
- Alphabets (phonics)
- Numbers
- Colors, shapes, and general awareness
- Use storytelling, rhymes, and play-way methods

2. Lesson Planning

- Prepare daily and weekly lesson plans
- Design fun activities (art, craft, music, games)

3. Child Development

- Support emotional, social, and physical development
- Encourage creativity and confidence

4. Classroom Management

- Maintain a protected, clean, and engaging classroom
- Handle children patiently and positively

5. Student Assessment

- Observe and track child progress
- Prepare report cards and feedback

6. Communication

- Regularly interact with parents
- Attend parent-teacher meetings

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (any subject)
- Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) / Montessori / Early Childhood Education (ECE)
