Let me tell you what this job really is.

Raaisha is a creative agency. We do design, film, social media, publications, campaigns — for government departments, UN agencies, real estate developers, hospitals, sports academies, a bar or two. Every one of those clients has someone on our side who they call when they have an idea, a problem, a deadline, or a panic. We're hiring that person.

What you'll actually do

You'll own your clients. Not "coordinate" — own. When they want to talk, they talk to you. You'll know their business well enough to have an opinion about it, and you'll have earned enough trust that they listen when you push back.

You'll create campaigns. A client says "we're launching in November" and you come back with the idea, the platforms, the timeline, the deliverables — and then you present it and defend it.

You'll plan the content calendar every month, across every platform, so that nothing goes out just because it was Tuesday.

You'll get it made. Brief the designers, the editors, the filmmakers. Chase, review, send it back, approve. Nothing reaches the client without passing through you first, and if it's not good, it doesn't go.

You'll run the shoots. Locations, talent, crew, call times, the client standing next to you on set asking questions. You're the producer on the ground that day.

You'll publish. Captions, hashtags, tagging, timing, replies. The brand has to feel alive every day, and that's on you.

You'll report.



At the end of the month you'll know what worked and what didn't, and you'll turn that into next month's plan instead of a PDF nobody reads.

And you'll grow the account. If there's a film waiting to be made or a launch nobody has thought about yet, you'll see it first.

Who does well here

Someone with three to five years in an agency or on a brand team, who has already lived through a bad shoot day and a difficult client and came out the other side still liking the work. Someone who writes clearly, presents without hiding behind slides, and knows Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube the way a practitioner does, not the way a textbook does. Someone who stays calm when three deadlines and a shoot land on the same morning — because they will.

You don't need to design or edit. You need to know what good looks like and be able to say so.

A few honest things

You'll have real responsibility from week one, and nobody will hand you a process manual — you'll help write it. The founders are involved in the work, so you'll learn rapid and be seen fast. Some days are 9 to 6. Shoot days are not.
