Role Description This is a full time, on-site Lawyer with 5 years of experience preferably with law firm. The Lawyer will lead and manage succession, estate planning, and family trust matters, providing expert legal advice and solutions to clients.

Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing wills, trust deeds, and related personal/family legal documents, assessing client requirements, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role involves understanding client's legal / succession requirements, provide solution including drafting, reviewing, represent before legal authorities including coordinating with court,



property authorities, financial institutions and internal teams, and mentoring junior legal staff.

The Senior

Lawyer will contribute to refining legal processes, supporting product development for online legal services, and staying updated on changes in succession, estate, and tax laws.

Qualifications

- Experience in succession law, estate planning, family trusts, and inheritance-related matters.
- Proficiency in legal drafting and review of wills, trust deeds, contracts, and other legal documentation majorly for personal /family matters.
- Experience in client advisory, negotiation, and stakeholder management, including collaboration with financial institutions.
- Ability to interpret and apply relevant civil, tax, and regulatory laws, with sound legal research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
- Proven experience in mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to process improvement and knowledge sharing.
- LL.B. (mandatory); LL.M. or additional specialization in succession, corporate, or tax law is an advantage.
- 5 years of post-qualification experience in succession, estate planning, or related practice areas.
- High level of professional ethics, attention to detail, and commitment to client confidentiality.
