Kafka Administrator

We are looking for a Kafka Administrator with 4+ years of experience in managing and supporting Apache Kafka environments. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Kafka cluster administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, upgrades, and production support.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Apache Kafka Administration Kafka brokers, topics, partitions, replication, consumer groups, ISR and troubleshooting Kafka monitoring, performance tuning, and production support Knowledge of Kafka security – SSL/TLS, SASL, ACLs Strong Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting Good exposure to Microsoft Azure Working experience on AKS.

Confluent

Kafka / Kafka Connect / Schema Registry Prometheus / Grafana Shell/Python scripting Good communication and problem-solving skills Positive to Have:

AWS MSK Apache Flink Docker / Kubernetes / Helm Primary Skills: Kafka Administration, Linux, Azure, AKS/Kubernetes

Secondary Skills: AWS MSK, Apache Flink
