About Butero

Butero is an artisanal patisserie in Bengaluru. We're looking for a hands-on Store Manager Intern to run day-to-day store operations and be the face of the brand at the counter.

Key Responsibilities

- Fulfilling customer orders and ensuring a excellent in-store experience

- Managing stock and inventory, including stock counts and replenishment

- Handling day-to-day operations of the store

- Managing the POS system and the brand's online presence

- Purchase coordination with suppliers and vendors

Work Schedule

- 6 days a week

- 12-hour shift, including a 1-hour break

What We're Looking For

- Organized, reliable, and comfortable handling responsibility

- Good communication and customer-service skills

- Basic comfort with POS systems and social media/online tools

- Interest in food, retail, or hospitality.
