About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Support Executive to provide excellent customer support to users of our Mobile Dairy App. You will handle customer queries, coordinate with internal teams, provide basic product training, and ensure customer issues are resolved on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Understand customer issues and provide quick solutions
- Record and follow up on pending customer queries
- Coordinate with technical/internal teams for issue resolution
- Explain recent app features and updates to customers
- Conduct basic app demos and customer training over phone/video
- Maintain accurate customer and call details in CRM
- Prepare daily reports on calls, queries, follow-ups, and resolutions
- Ensure customer queries are properly tracked until closure

Requirements

- 6 months–1 year experience in customer support, telecalling, technical support,



or a similar role
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Hindi & Marathi communication skills preferred
- Basic knowledge of computers and mobile applications
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
- Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls
- Basic knowledge of CRM/software tools
- Patient, responsible, and customer-focused
- Willingness to learn and understand the Mobile Dairy App

Working Hours 3 Shift Options:

- First Shift: 8:45 AM – 5:45 PM
- Second Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Third Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
