Role Description As a Kafka Streaming Data Engineer at ABS Workforce Solutions Private Limited, you will design, build, and maintain real-time data pipelines using Apache Kafka and related streaming technologies. You will work on integrating multiple data sources, implementing data transformations, and ensuring reliable data flow into downstream analytics and warehousing platforms.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and optimizing Kafka producers and consumers, monitoring stream performance, troubleshooting data issues,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements. You will also contribute to data modeling decisions, improve ETL processes, and support data quality and governance standards. This is a full-time, role based in pan India

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Data Engineering skills, including experience with streaming platforms such as Apache Kafka and related tools.
- Candidates should possess skills in Data Modeling and Data Warehousing to design efficient schemas and support scalable storage solutions.
- Candidates should possess Extract Transform Load (ETL) skills to build, optimize, and maintain robust data pipelines.
- Candidates should possess Data Analytics skills to interpret streamed and stored data, and support reporting and business insights.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data engineering (such as Python, Java, or Scala) and familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud data platforms or big data ecosystems (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Hadoop, Spark) is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
