Role Description

We are looking for a Junior Technical Project Manager to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating software development projects, working closely with technical teams, and ensuring projects and deliverables stay on track.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage day-to-day activities across software development projects.
- Work closely with developers, QA engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to track deliverables.
- Create, assign, prioritize, and follow up on project tasks.
- Track project timelines, dependencies, blockers, and risks.
- Facilitate team meetings, project updates, and status reporting.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable tasks for technical teams.
- Ensure requirements, decisions,



and project documentation are properly maintained.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and communicate project progress.
- Support sprint planning, backlog management, and release coordination.
- Identify potential delays or issues early and work with the team toward resolution.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of relevant experience in technical project management, project coordination, software development environments, or a similar role.

• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms .

- Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate effectively with development teams.
- Strong organizational and task-management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up proactively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
