Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior MEP Design Engineer – Fresher who is genuinely interested in developing a career in MEP design.
This position is suitable for a fresh engineering graduate who wants to build a strong practical foundation in MEP systems and gain exposure to real projects, site coordination, design work, client interaction, and professional engineering practices.
The role involves both technical responsibilities and business-development/outreach activities during the training period. Candidates must therefore be comfortable with the complete scope of the role before applying.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing MEP drawings and design submissions.
- Learn and develop MEP system designs while meeting quality and timeline requirements.
- Participate in client meetings and site visits.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers,
and site teams.
- Support senior engineers in ongoing projects.
- Assist in training engineering students in MEP concepts and software.
- Make daily calls to students, architects, and colleges to promote MEP training programs and company services during the training period.
- Mandatory minimum of 5 architect outreach calls per day.
- Support marketing and business-development activities.
- Help update company LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook pages regularly.
- Participate in workshops, webinars, and company events.
- Submit daily work reports to the Project Coordinator and Director.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering.
- Building Services background is preferred.
- Strong technical interest in:
- HVAC
- Electrical systems
- Plumbing systems
- Firefighting systems
- AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
We are looking for candidates with:

Training & Job Structure- First 2 Months – Training Period
No salary will be provided during the training period.
The training structure includes
- Online tutorials
- Self-learning
- Independent research
- MEP fundamentals
- Design software learning
- Live project exposure
- Site visits
- Practical learning under guidance
- Mandatory architect outreach activities
The training period must be successfully completed within 2 months. An extension may be provided if required based on the candidate's progress. Important: Candidates who are not comfortable with an unpaid training period should not apply.
Paid Contract Period – Remaining 10 Months
After successful completion of the training period:
Months 1–3: ₹7,000/month
Months 4–6: ₹8,000/month
Months 7–10: ₹9,000/month
This is a 12-month contractual commitment, including the initial 2-month training period.
Contract Commitment & Exit Policy A minimum 1-year commitment is required.
If the candidate leaves before completing the 1-year commitment:
- Training expenses must be reimbursed.
Notice Period
Minimum 2 months' notice is mandatory.
If the required notice period is not served:
- Training expenses, plus
- 2 months' salary
must be paid as per the employment agreement. These conditions are non-negotiable and will form part of the employment agreement.
Work Environment
Working Hours: 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Mode: Full-time, on-site

There is NO work-from-home or remote-work option for this position.
Site visits are part of the role, and candidates must be willing to travel as required.
Candidates must bring their own laptop.
Accommodation is NOT provided by the company.
Leave Policy
- Maximum 1 leave per month.
- No salary will be provided for excess leaves.
- Excessive leave may result in an extension of the training or contractual period.
