? We're Hiring: Engineer – MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) | Chennai

Pacifica Companies is looking for a dynamic Engineer – MEP to join our Projects/Engineering team in Chennai. If you have hands-on experience executing MEP works on high-rise residential projects with a reputed real estate developer, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

Reporting to the Manager – MEP / Project Head, you'll drive end-to-end site execution and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire-Fighting and BMS works — from drawing study and RFI management to contractor coordination, quality checks, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Study MEP drawings and raise timely RFIs to consultants
- Coordinate with MEP consultants, contractors and vendors for material, manpower and equipment
- Support BOQ preparation, comparative statements and budgeting inputs
- Cross-verify contractor material for quality and quantity
- Ensure safety compliance of MEP contractors at site




- Prepare snag lists and support R.A./Final bill documentation
- Maintain drawing registers and keep MEP documentation up to date

What We're Looking For

- B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical or Electrical)
- 3–5 years of MEP execution experience on high-rise residential projects, with a real estate/construction background (mandatory)
- Good English communication skills; young, agile and career-oriented

? 6-day work week (weekly off fixed/as directed by the Project Head)

Office Timing

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Saturday & Sunday are working days (weekly off fixed / as directed by the Project Head).
