Roles & Responsibility

- Plan, manage and monitor Inbound logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics service providers, transportation companies and customers to drive OTD.
- Ensure timely PO release and freight bill verification, and resolve issues by coordinating with forwarders/transporter and CFT.
- Coordinate custom document amendments and develop a robust action plan to avoid recurrence of issues in the future with forwarders/transporters.
- Ensure timely recovery of claims and penalties from forwarders/transporters.
- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports, and customer issues.




- Approve BOE filing checklist and follow up for custom clearance of shipments.
- Ensure timely recovery of claims and penalties from forwarders/transporters.

Qualifications

- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in transportation management and international logistics preferred from the manufacturing/automobile/aerospace industry.
- Ability to effectively liaise with logistics service providers, external, and internal customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and establish effective work priorities.
