We are seeking a motivated and skilled Project Engineer/Coordinator to join our collaborative team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, contributing to a wide variety of projects. You will have the unique prospect to engage in both the consultancy (planning, design, analysis, estimation) and construction (execution, supervision) phases, providing a holistic view of project delivery and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities You will be involved in various stages of project delivery, with responsibilities including:

Consultancy & Pre-Construction: Assist in project planning, feasibility studies, and developing project scopes. Prepare detailed cost estimations, budgets, and BOQs (Bills of Quantities). Conduct site surveying and analysis to inform design and planning decisions. Contribute to technical designs and solutions for building construction and the repair and rehabilitation of damaged structures.

Construction & Project Execution: Support the supervision of construction activities to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards. Assist in project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking. Prepare and manage project billing. Maintain accurate project documentation,



including reports, drawings, and site diaries. Liaise with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication

What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

A Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Interns who wish to gain on-site and hands-on technical knowledge are also welcome

Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.

Analytical Skills: Experience with estimation, quantity surveying, and billing processes.

Practical Knowledge: Familiarity with structural repair and rehabilitation techniques is a significant advantage.

Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with AutoCAD, or Staad.Pro is preferred.

Personal Attributes: Excellent problem-solving abilities, outstanding communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
