Role Description The Junior Billing Executive is a full-time, in office role based at Welcare Hospital in Vadodara, Gujarat. The individual will handle day-to-day billing activities, including generating and verifying patient invoices, processing payments, and ensuring accurate posting of charges in the hospital’s billing system.





Responsibilities include coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to confirm services rendered, addressing billing queries, and supporting the resolution of discrepancies. The role also involves maintaining organized billing records, assisting with insurance and corporate billing as needed. T

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Billing Process and Invoicing in a healthcare or similar service environment.
- Solid Analytical Skills to review, reconcile, and validate billing data and payment records.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with patients, clinicians, and administrative staff.
- Basic knowledge of Finance principles relevant to hospital billing and revenue cycle management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital billing software or practice management systems.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
- Prior experience or internship in billing, accounts, or front office operations in a hospital or clinic is an advantage.
- Minimum qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
