Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Moradabad.

The Junior

Architect will assist in concept development, architectural drawings, 3D visualizations, and design documentation across various project stages.

Responsibilities include supporting senior architects with design research, preparing presentations, coordinating details with structural and services consultants, and updating plans based on feedback. The role involves participating in site visits,



capturing measurements and progress, and ensuring design intent is translated accurately into execution.

The Junior

Architect will also contribute to design reviews, maintain project files, and collaborate closely with the design team to deliver high-quality, timely work.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge and academic training in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Ability to work on design integration and coordination across different project disciplines
- Basic familiarity with Software Development concepts related to parametric or computational design tools
- Exposure to Project Management practices such as task tracking, timelines, and documentation
- Proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino) and visualization tools
- Strong design sense, attention to detail, and ability to interpret and produce technical drawings
- Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills; ability to work in a studio and on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualified qualification; internship or studio experience is an advantage
