Position: Junior Architect & Project Architect

CTC: Hike depends on market standard percentage, years of experience,, skillsets and experience

Experience: 4 years exp

Qualification: B. Arch, M. Arch, Diploma in Architecture

Working days

Mon. to Saturday (alternate Saturdays off)

Working time: 9.30am to 6pm

Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing. Candidates should possess foundational skills in Integration and Project Management to coordinate with consultants and support project schedules and deliverables. Candidates should possess relevant software skills, such as proficiency in CAD, 3 D modelling,



and presentation software (e.g., Auto CAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, Premier Pro, D5 Render, Lumion).

Candidates should possess valuable knowledge of local building codes, DCPR regulations, materials, construction methods, and design principles. Candidates should possess a professional degree in Architecture and strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients. Candidates should possess the ability to easily commute to our office address, manage multiple tasks, pay close attention to detail, and maintain a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.
