Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Accounts Receivable (AR) team as Junior AR Callers.



This role involves interacting with insurance companies and healthcare providers in the US to resolve claims, follow up on outstanding balances, and ensure timely payment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on pending claims.
- Understand and resolve denials, rejections, and claim discrepancies.
- Document call details and update claim status in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues.
- Maintain accuracy and compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) – clear, confident, and professional.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of US healthcare terminology (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone).

Eligibility:

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Any degree background with good communication skills.
- Prior experience in AR calling or US healthcare is an added advantage but not required.
