Role Description This is an on-site internship role for an Accountant intern based in Meerut. The intern will assist with daily accounting activities, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and updating financial records in accordance with established procedures.

Responsibilities may include supporting billing and invoicing, reconciling bank statements, preparing basic financial reports, and helping with documentation for internal reviews. The role also involves coordinating with team members to ensure data accuracy, organizing files for audits and compliance, and learning standard accounting tools and software. Interns will receive guidance from senior staff while building practical skills in a qualified setting.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.




- Basic proficiency with accounting or spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Tally, or similar tools) and strong numerical aptitude.
- Attention to detail, ability to maintain accurate records, and a structured approach to organizing financial documents.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members and handle client-related documentation.
- Strong ethical standards, reliability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Meerut and commit to the internship schedule as agreed with the firm.
