Rahul Agency is looking for a Junior Accountant who has good knowledge of day-to-day accounting, Tally Prime, GST, TDS and MS Excel. The candidate should be detail-oriented and capable of handling billing, reconciliation and accounting documentation independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime.
- Prepare and verify Purchase Bills and Sales Bills.
- Handle Payment Receipts and Payment Entries.
- Manage Vendor Payments and vendor outstanding reconciliation.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS).
- Prepare and manage E-Way Bills and E-Invoices.
- Handle GST accounting and related documentation.
- Handle TDS entries, calculations and records.
- Assist in Audit work and provide required documents.
- Verify invoice details, quantities, rates, taxes and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper records of purchases, sales, payments and receipts.




- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for accounting and payment-related queries.
- Prepare reports and perform data reconciliation using Advanced Excel.

Candidate Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Positive knowledge of Tally Prime and Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks and meet deadlines.

Salary

Salary: As per candidate's experience and skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
