Job Summary

We are looking for a Jewellery Executive to handle customers, explain jewellery products, generate sales, maintain product displays, and provide an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills and an interest in jewellery and retail sales.

Key Responsibilities

Attend customers and understand their jewellery requirements.

Explain product features, designs, materials, pricing, and offers.

Handle sales enquiries and convert them into successful sales.

Demonstrate jewellery products professionally.

Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.

Maintain attractive product displays and ensure showroom standards.

Assist customers with selection of jewellery based on their preferences and budget.

Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation.

Follow up with prospective customers through calls and messages.

Coordinate with billing, inventory,



and management teams.

Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Support daily showroom operations and achieve assigned sales targets.

Stay updated on jewellery trends, designs, and customer preferences.

Requirements

Graduate/12th pass; degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

1–4 years of experience in jewellery, retail, luxury sales, or a similar field.

Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Good knowledge of jewellery products and basic sales techniques.

Presentable personality with a professional attitude.

Basic computer and billing-system knowledge.

Target-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced showroom environment.
