Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced JD Edwards JDE Delivery Manager to lead multiple largescale JDE programs Application Management Services AMS digital transformation initiatives cloud migrations and strategic client engagements The individual will be responsible for endtoend delivery governance customer relationship management financial accountability operational excellence and team leadership across global JDE engagements The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 92 with solid delivery management capabilities experience managing global teams and a proven track record of driving customer success operational efficiencies and revenue growth

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership

Own endtoend delivery of JDE engagements including AMS enhancements upgrades rollouts and transformation programs

Ensure adherence to project timelines service levels quality standards and contractual commitments

Establish delivery governance frameworks and drive operational excellence

Manage multilocation offshore onsite and nearshore teams

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery effectiveness

Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary interface for client stakeholders and executive leadership

Conduct Steering Committee meetings Quarterly Business Reviews QBRs and service review meetings

Develop trusted advisor relationships with client business and IT leaders

Ensure high customer satisfaction and proactively address escalations

AMS Managed Services Governance

Manage SLAKPI commitments and service performance





Drive incident reduction root cause analysis automation and service optimization initiatives

Establish dashboards for service health monitoring and reporting

Govern ITIL processes including o Incident Management o Problem Management o Change Management o Release Management o Service Request Management

Program Project Management

Lead JDE implementation upgrade cloud migration and modernization projects

Manage scope schedule budget resource allocation and risk mitigation

Drive project planning status reporting issue management and stakeholder communication

Ensure successful delivery through structured project governance

Financial Management

Own delivery PL for assigned accounts

Manage revenue margins utilization forecasting and budget tracking

Identify cost optimization opportunities and improve delivery profitability

Ensure accurate effort estimation and contract compliance

People Leadership

Build and mentor highperforming JDE teams

Conduct performance reviews career development discussions and succession planning

Drive employee engagement and capability development

Support hiring onboarding and competencybuilding initiatives

Presales Business Growth

Support RFPRFI responses and solution development

Participate in client presentations due diligence and solution workshops

Identify upsell and crosssell opportunities within existing accounts

Contribute to practice development and business growth initiatives

Digital Transformation Innovation

Drive adoption of o Automation o GenAI Solutions o LowCodeNoCode Platforms o Integration Platforms

Promote innovation and continuous service improvement
