Role: JBPM Developer

Experience: 4 to 10 Years

Location: Chennai, Bangalore & Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement business process automation solutions using jBPM and related BPM technologies.
- Develop and maintain process workflows, business rules, case management, and human task implementations.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integrate jBPM applications with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize process performance, and ensure application stability.
- Participate in code reviews, deployment activities, and adherence to development standards.




- Work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile development environments.

Required Skills

- 4 to 10 years of IT experience with robust hands-on experience in jBPM Development.
- Expertise in jBPM, BPMN 2.0, Business Process Management (BPM), and Workflow Automation.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Spring Boot, J2EE, and related technologies.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and system integrations.
- Good understanding of business rules engines, process orchestration, and workflow design.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and application troubleshooting.
