We are looking for an experienced Java Technical Lead to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, databases, and automated testing, along with experience leading technical development activities.

Location: Bagmane Solarium City, Kundalahalli Colony, Brookefield, Bengaluru

Work Mode: Onsite

Must-Have Skills

- Java 8+
- Spring & Spring Boot
- SOA / Microservices
- RESTful APIs
- TDD, Unit Testing & Mocking – Mockito or similar
- SQL & JDBC
- JPA / Hibernate / Spring Data
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies

Good to Have
- BDD / Cucumber
- RabbitMQ / AMQP
- JMS / Kafka
- PostgreSQL / Oracle
- In-Memory Databases
- Messaging & event-driven architecture

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, enterprise architects, and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Lead technical activities across the complete SDLC, from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Conduct design reviews and code reviews while ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.
- Design, develop, test, document,



and implement service APIs and microservices.
- Create and maintain technical system specifications and documentation.
- Participate in integration and system testing, including test planning and execution.
- Identify opportunities for technical enhancements, process improvements, and application optimization.
- Ensure applications are scalable, reliable, secure, and productive in production environments.
- Mentor and guide development teams on technical concepts, coding standards, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective technical solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and continuously improve technical expertise.
