Key Responsibilities:

Instructor-Led Training: Conduct engaging and informative instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and classes on Java/Python Full Stack Developer program concepts, syntax, libraries, frameworks, and tools.

Hands-On Learning: Provide hands-on coding examples and exercises to reinforce theoretical knowledge and promote practical skills development.

Individualized Support: Offer one-on-one guidance and support to trainees who require additional assistance or have specific questions.

Technical Assistance: Assist students in troubleshooting, debugging code, and resolving programming challenges.

Assessment and Feedback: Administer exams, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate students' understanding and progress. Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.

Stay Current: Continuously update your own knowledge and skills in Java/Python programming and related technologies to ensure the training content remains relevant and up-to-date.

Student Engagement: Foster a positive learning environment, encourage active participation, and motivate students to excel in Java/Python development.

Documentation:



Maintain records of training sessions, student progress, and assessment results. Prepare reports on the effectiveness of the training programs.

Solid proficiency in Java programming and related technologies.

Prior teaching or training experience, preferably in a classroom or workshop setting.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.

Knowledge of instructional design and curriculum development principles.

Familiarity with popular Java frameworks and tools.

A passion for sharing knowledge and helping others succeed in Java development.

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree or other relevant experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Preferably, a B-teach in computer science, BCA, MCA etc.

At least, 2 years of experience as a Web Developer/ Front End Developer / Java/Python Full stack Web developer

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
