What We're Looking For :
- Strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE & Spring Boot
- Experience with Microservices, REST APIs & Kafka
- Good knowledge of AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3)
- Frontend experience in React or Angular
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Exposure to AI-powered development tools such as Cursor AI
- Solid communication skills for direct US client interaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment
