Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations and provide technology support to employees. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in macOS administration and troubleshooting, along with knowledge of Windows, networking, endpoint security, and IT asset management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and troubleshoot macOS systems and devices
- Provide Windows and end-user IT support
- Manage IT hardware, assets, and inventory
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic networking issues
- Support Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments
- Manage MDM and endpoint security solutions
- Handle employee IT onboarding and offboarding
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers
- Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and timely resolution of technical issues





Key Skills & Requirements

- Strong macOS administration and troubleshooting – Must Have
- 3–6 years of experience in IT support or IT operations
- Good knowledge of Windows and end-user support
- Experience with hardware and IT asset management
- Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic networking
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365
- Understanding of MDM and endpoint security
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
