We are looking for an IT Support Executive to join our team in Noida, Sector 63.

? About the RoleWe are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused IT Support Executive to join our team in Noida.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in desktop support, hardware/software troubleshooting, networking, Windows OS, and user support, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

?️ Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2 technical support to users through calls, tickets, remote support, and in office assistance.
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, and peripheral issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and software applications.
- Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and internet connectivity issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot Switches, Routers, Access Points, and other network devices.
- Perform basic IP addressing and subnetting.
- Manage user accounts, system access, and permissions.




- Maintain IT assets, inventory, documentation, and support records.
- Monitor and resolve IT support tickets within defined timelines.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant IT/network team.
- Assist with antivirus, system updates, backups, and basic IT security.
