Securities Domain Expertise

Candidates should have valuable understanding of one or more of the following:

- Reconciliation

- Market infrastructure and settlement processes
- Regulatory and compliance requirements related to securities processing

Requirements

- 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or Functional Solution Consultant in Capital Markets / Securities IT
- Strong combination of Securities domain knowledge and IT functional analysis
- Excellent requirement-gathering and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business and technology stakeholders
- Experience working in complex banking / financial-services environments is preferred
