We are looking for an IT Support Executive to provide day-to-day technical support to our office teams, including troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware/software issues, Windows and Ubuntu/Linux systems, applications, printers, and other operational IT requirements. The candidate should be hands-on, responsive, and have good problem-solving and communication skills.
The ideal candidate should also have basic knowledge or experience in CRM systems, networking, LAN/Wi-Fi, firewall and CCTV systems, and be comfortable coordinating with external vendors when required. 1–4 years of relevant IT support experience is preferred.
Location: Mumbai | Full time.
