We are looking for a motivated IT Support Engineer / Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience who want to build a career in IT Support and System Administration.

You will get hands-on exposure to Windows, macOS, Linux, networking, VPN, firewall, endpoint security, backups, and IT helpdesk operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide onsite and remote IT support to employees.
- Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.
- Install and configure laptops, desktops, software, printers, and peripherals.
- Handle IT issues through the Helpdesk / Ticketing System and follow SLA timelines.
- Assist with Windows ↔ macOS migrations and Time Machine data transfers.
- Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and VPN issues.
- Assist with network cabling, crimping, and basic network setup.
- Support FortiGate Firewall, Bitdefender, and VPN configurations.
- Assist with Google Workspace, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and email-related issues.
- Support endpoint management using Zoho Endpoint Central.
- Assist with backups, data recovery, employee onboarding/offboarding, and IT asset management.
- Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and troubleshooting records.

Skills & Qualifications





- Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts.
- Valuable problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in IT infrastructure.
- Internship or academic project experience in IT support/networking is an advantage.

Good to Have

Exposure to FortiGate, Zoho Endpoint Central, Bitdefender, Google Workspace, Linux, VPN, IT Helpdesk, or networking will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
