We are looking for a skilled and responsible IT Executive / IT Support Engineer to manage and maintain our company's IT infrastructure and provide day-to-day technical support.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in networking, hardware/software troubleshooting, CCTV, ERP systems, Microsoft 365, website management, data backup, and NAS Server administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain office LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network infrastructure.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
- Provide technical support for Windows, software applications, and other IT-related issues.
- Monitor and maintain CCTV systems and related equipment.
- Provide support and basic administration for the company's ERP/software systems.
- Manage Microsoft 365, official email accounts, user access, and related services.
- Coordinate and maintain the company's website and domain-related activities.
- Manage regular data backup and restore procedures to ensure data security and availability.
- Maintain and monitor NAS Server, storage, user access, and shared folders.
- Maintain IT asset records and ensure proper security and maintenance of IT equipment.




- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers when required.
- Implement basic IT security, data protection, and access-control practices.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across the office.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT Support / IT Administration / System Administration.
- Positive knowledge of Computer Hardware & Software Troubleshooting.
- Robust understanding of Networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, Router, Switch).
- Experience with CCTV systems.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Email Administration.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/software support.
- Knowledge of NAS Server and data backup management.
- Basic understanding of website/domain management.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT requirements.

Education

Bachelor's/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field preferred.
