Job Summary

We are looking for a highly capable and hands-on IT Head – Software, ERP & AI who can independently design, develop, implement, and manage complete business software and ERP systems.

The candidate must have strong practical knowledge of Software Development, ERP Development, Claude AI, AI Automation, Database Management, and System Integration.

This role is primarily focused on software, ERP, and AI-driven business solutions, not only on IT infrastructure, hardware, networking, or technical support.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop a complete ERP system based on business requirements.
- Develop and manage internal software applications, dashboards, and business tools.
- Use Claude AI effectively for software development, automation, process improvement, and problem-solving.
- Develop AI-based workflows and business automation.
- Integrate different departments and business processes into ERP/software systems.
- Manage databases, APIs, integrations, and software architecture.
- Develop and improve web-based or application-based business solutions.
- Ensure system security, reliability, scalability, and data accuracy.




- Troubleshoot and continuously improve existing software systems.
- Work closely with Management to understand business requirements and convert them into practical software solutions.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a hands-on technology professional who can personally develop and implement software and ERP solutions, rather than only managing a technical team.

The candidate should preferably be able to demonstrate previously developed:

* Business Software

* Internal Applications

* Dashboards

* AI Automations

* Workflow Automation Projects

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
