Roles and Responsibilities-

- System Administration: Manage macOS and Windows environments, including system installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and security.
- MDM Administration: Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions for device provisioning, policy enforcement, security configuration, application deployment, and remote troubleshooting (macOS/Windows devices preferred).
- Network Management: Oversee network infrastructure including firewall, switches, and access points; manage configurations and proactively resolve connectivity and performance issues.
- Hardware Management & Troubleshooting: Diagnose, repair, and maintain IT hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals to ensure minimal downtime and operational efficiency.
- IT Asset Management: Maintain accurate, real-time tracking of IT assets and inventory, ensuring proper allocation, lifecycle management, and compliance.
- Incident & Problem Management: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system, software, and network issues; perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and improve system reliability.
- Technical Support: Deliver effective in-person and remote IT support to end-users; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive IT documentation, including SOPs and configurations, and generate periodic audit and security reports for management review.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of hands-on experience in desktop support or a similar IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, including macOS and Windows environments.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN technologies (e.g., GlobalProtect).
- Proven problem-solving abilities with strong analytical thinking skills.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support end-users effectively.
- Basic knowledge of IT asset management, including hardware and software lifecycle management.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
