Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated, honest, and technically proficient Assistant Manager – IT to oversee and manage day-to-day IT operations and surveillance systems.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of IT hardware, networking infrastructure, CCTV systems, NVRs, and DVRs. The role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, quick problem resolution skills, and a proactive approach to minimizing operational downtime. Candidates should be willing to travel or relocate to other company sites as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Operations & Support:

- Manage daily IT hardware, software, and networking activities at the site.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
- Provide technical support to employees and operational teams as required.
- Ensure all IT systems, devices, and equipment are maintained according to company standards.
- Monitor system performance and take preventive actions to minimize downtime.

Surveillance & Security Systems:

- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras and surveillance equipment.
- Handle and support NVR (Network Video Recorder) and DVR (Digital Video Recorder) systems.
- Monitor surveillance system connectivity, recording functionality, and hardware performance.




- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and technical support when required.

Asset & Infrastructure Management:

- Maintain records of IT assets, equipment inventory, and technical support activities.
- Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of networking and surveillance infrastructure.
- Identify recurring technical issues and implement preventive measures for long-term solutions.

Coordination & Compliance:

- Work closely with internal departments and external vendors for timely issue resolution.
- Support urgent technical requirements and provide real-time solutions during critical situations.
- Travel to or relocate to other company sites based on operational and business needs.

Required Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Hardware & Networking, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT support, networking, and surveillance systems.
