IPQA Executive Spices Manufacturing | Multi-Plant Role

Locations: Ahmedabad | Uttar Pradesh | Mumbai

Experience: 35 Years

Industry: Food / Spices / FMCG – Mandatory

Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc – Food Technology / Food Processing / Equivalent

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• In-process quality checks across cleaning, roasting, grinding, blending & packaging

• Ensure GMP | HACCP | FSSAI | ISO 22000 compliance

• Monitor CCPs, hygiene, packaging & labelling standards

• Maintain BMRs, IPQA records & inspection reports

• Identify non-conformities & support CAPA / quality improvement

• Coordinate with Production & QA teams across multiple plants

• Support internal audits and plant-level quality initiatives

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Solid IPQA / QA experience in Spices / Food Processing / FMCG

Excellent documentation & reporting skills

Comfortable with frequent inter-plant travel

Ability to independently manage quality activities at plant locations

Multi-Plant | Plant-Based | Travel Required
