Role Description The Investor Relations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role is responsible for maintaining relationships with current and potential investors, supporting fundraising activities, and preparing investor updates, presentations, and reports.

The associate will analyze company performance and market trends, compile data-driven insights, and help communicate the organization’s strategy and results to investors and stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating investor meetings, responding to investor inquiries, assisting with due diligence processes,



and collaborating with finance and leadership teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow. The role also involves tracking investment opportunities, supporting relationships with private equity and other institutional investors, and contributing to investor communications that align with the company’s growth plans.

Qualifications

- Strong investor relations and stakeholder management skills, including experience in Investor Relations and Investments.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data and present clear insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling investor materials.
- Understanding of private equity, venture capital, and broader capital markets, including exposure to Private Equity environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfort working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven setting.
