About the Role

FinnovationZ is looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Investment Advisory Associate with experience in an investment advisory, wealth management, broking or financial-services organisation. The candidate will interact with prospective and existing clients, understand investment requirements, explain relevant products/services and convert qualified prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should be comfortable discussing the Indian stock market, equity investing, fundamental analysis, market trends and investment products.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective investors and clients.

Understand client requirements, investment objectives and financial-market interests.

Explain FinnovationZ investment-related products, research services and financial education offerings.

Communicate the value of research, analysis,



disciplined investing and long-term wealth creation.

Generate and qualify leads through calling, networking, referrals, social media and other channels.

Follow up systematically and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Convert qualified prospects into paying customers and maintain professional client relationships.

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and conversion targets.

Maintain accurate client information, follow-ups and sales activities in the CRM.

Coordinate with research, sales and management teams whenever required.

Required Stock Market Knowledge

Basic to intermediate knowledge of the Indian stock market.

Equity markets, NSE & BSE, Sensex & Nifty and market capitalisation.

Basic understanding of fundamental and technical analysis.

Basic understanding of financial statements and valuation concepts.

Long-term vs. short-term investing and risk-return concepts.

Basic understanding of mutual funds and other investment products.

General awareness of Indian market trends and economic factors.

Experience Required

Minimum 6 months of experience in an Investment Advisory, Wealth Management, Stock Broking,

Financial Services, Research/Investment Advisory or relevant Fintech organisation.

Experience in investment advisory sales, wealth management sales, stock-market products, research subscriptions or financial products will be strongly preferred.





Freshers with exceptional stock-market knowledge and strong communication skills may be considered case-by-case.

Desired Candidate Profile

Passionate about the Indian stock market and investing.

Confident with investors and strong in consultative selling, negotiation and objection handling.

Target-oriented, commercially driven and able to explain financial concepts simply.

Comfortable communicating in English and Hindi; Marathi is an added advantage.

Willing to continuously learn about financial markets and investment products.

Interested in a long-term career in financial services, investment advisory and wealth management.
