Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inventory Associate role based in Kanpur.

The Inventory

Associate will be responsible for receiving, labeling, and organizing electronic components and finished products in the warehouse and production areas. Daily tasks include tracking stock levels, updating inventory records in systems or spreadsheets, conducting regular cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies to supervisors.



The role involves coordinating with production and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials, preparing items for dispatch, and assisting in maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly storage environment.

The Inventory

Associate will also interact with internal stakeholders and occasionally with customers or logistics partners to support smooth operations.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Inventory, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management to accurately track, store, and manage stock.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with internal teams and support external partners when needed.
- Basic understanding of electronic components or manufacturing processes is an advantage.
- Ability to use inventory software or spreadsheets and maintain accurate records.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in following procedures.
- Willingness to work in office in Kanpur and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in warehouse, storekeeping, or inventory-related roles is preferred but not mandatory.
