About the Internship

IEEMA is looking for enthusiastic, proactive fresh graduates and post-graduates to join the ELECRAMA team for 5-6 months. Stipend: Applicable as per IEEMAs discretion

This internship will provide practical exposure to industry outreach, stakeholder interaction, communication, follow-ups, database management, lead generation, and coordination.

Internship Details:

Duration: 5-6 Months

Location: Delhi / Mumbai

Type: Full-time Internship

Experience: Freshers / Recent Graduates

Stipend: Applicable as per IEEMAs discretion.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular calls, emails, and follow-ups with industry stakeholders and prospective participants.
- Support outreach and engagement activities related to ELECRAMA.
- Coordinate with exhibitors, industry members, prospective participants, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain and update databases, contact lists, trackers, and MIS reports.
- Assist in lead generation, data collection, and outreach campaigns.
- Track leads, responses, follow-ups, and assigned activities.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination with relevant stakeholders.




- Support the team in managing stakeholder queries and facilitating required information.
- Prepare and maintain reports on outreach, follow-ups, responses, and progress.
- Undertake other related outreach and coordination activities as assigned.

Candidate Profile: We are looking for candidates who are:

- Fresh graduates or post-graduates with a proactive and positive approach.
- Confident in verbal and written communication.
- Good at follow-ups and coordination.
- Comfortable interacting with different stakeholders over phone and email.
- Comfortable working with data, Excel, trackers, and databases.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
