We are hiring energetic and motivated professionals for our International Voice Process. You will be the primary point of contact for international customers through inbound calls, resolving queries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:-

Handle inbound calls from international customers in a professional and polite manner.

Understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions.

Troubleshoot issues and deliver excellent customer service.

Accurately maintain customer interaction and call records in the CRM/database.

Meet performance metrics such as AHT and Customer Satisfaction (SAT).

Follow company SOPs, scripts, compliance and data privacy guidelines.

Candidate Requirements:-

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Clear/neutral English accent with robust listening skills.

Minimum 1 year of experience in any International Voice Process Inbound Calling only.

Comfortable working in night/rotational shifts.





Comfortable with rotational week-offs.

Immediate joiners preferred/required.

AR Callers / Accounts Receivable experience is NOT eligible.
